2021年4月30日,國家動(dong)力電池(chi)創(chuang)新(xin)中心鋰電350項(xiang)目成果在中國汽車動(dong)力電池(chi)產(chan)業創(chuang)新(xin)聯盟(meng)2021年度(du)會(hui)議(yi)上完(wan)成正式交付,來(lai)自行(xing)業機構(gou)、高等院校、整車和動(dong)力電池(chi)企業等聯盟(meng)成員的200多名(ming)代表參(can)加了會(hui)議(yi)。工(gong)業和信息化部裝備工(gong)業一司副(fu)司長郭守剛,工(gong)業和信息化部裝備工(gong)業發展中心主任(ren)瞿(ju)國春,創(chuang)新(xin)聯盟(meng)理(li)事長董揚,有研(yan)集團總經(jing)理(li)、黨(dang)委副(fu)書記熊柏青,紀委書記曹(cao)泊宇,副(fu)總經(jing)理(li)黃倬出(chu)席本次會(hui)議(yi)。

2016年6月30日(ri)(ri),作為首(shou)家(jia)國家(jia)級制(zhi)造業(ye)創新(xin)(xin)中心(xin),國家(jia)動力(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)創新(xin)(xin)中心(xin)依托(tuo)國聯研究院掛牌成立(li),著力(li)于(yu)解決行業(ye)共性問題和難(nan)題,實現動力(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)技術革命性突(tu)破,支(zhi)撐我國新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)汽車產業(ye)可持續發展。2016年8月16日(ri)(ri),創新(xin)(xin)中心(xin)組織召開(kai)鋰電(dian)(dian)350項目實施方(fang)案專家(jia)論證會,明(ming)確至2020年開(kai)發出比能量達(da)到350Wh/kg動力(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)技術原型的戰略目標(biao),為動力(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)產業(ye)提供借(jie)鑒經驗,支(zhi)持長續航(hang)里程新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)汽車產業(ye)發展。

歷(li)經5年的技術攻關,通過整合行(xing)業優勢(shi)資源,積極(ji)(ji)努力推(tui)進研(yan)發任務(wu),創新中心取得了(le)(le)重大的技術突破,成(cheng)功開(kai)(kai)發出單體能(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度(du)350Wh/kg的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)技術原(yuan)型。該電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)采(cai)用高(gao)(gao)比容量(liang)三元正極(ji)(ji)材料和高(gao)(gao)比容量(liang)硅基負(fu)極(ji)(ji)材料,引入新型碳納米(mi)管導電(dian)(dian)添加(jia)劑(ji)、高(gao)(gao)彈(dan)網絡狀(zhuang)粘結劑(ji)及(ji)(ji)新型SEI成(cheng)膜添加(jia)劑(ji),設計開(kai)(kai)發了(le)(le)具有(you)高(gao)(gao)負(fu)載、高(gao)(gao)壓實密(mi)度(du)的正極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)、高(gao)(gao)穩(wen)定性(xing)“骨架(jia)”結構的負(fu)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji),實現了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)高(gao)(gao)能(neng)量(liang)密(mi)度(du)和循環穩(wen)定性(xing)。同時,基于寬溫區電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)、安(an)(an)全(quan)隔(ge)膜和安(an)(an)全(quan)添加(jia)劑(ji)等多項安(an)(an)全(quan)技術的開(kai)(kai)發及(ji)(ji)應用,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)低(di)溫性(xing)能(neng)及(ji)(ji)安(an)(an)全(quan)特性(xing)都得到極(ji)(ji)大改善。
研制(zhi)出的單體動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)80Ah,能量(liang)(liang)(liang)密(mi)度達356Wh/kg,比功率(lv)大于2500W/kg,3C放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)率(lv)97%,循環500周容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)率(lv)大于90%。在1C放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倍(bei)率(lv)下,-20℃電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是室(shi)溫放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的95%,-40℃放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)達到室(shi)溫放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的85%以上,明顯改善新能源(yuan)汽車(che)長(chang)續航里程下低溫大幅掉(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的難題。經權威檢測機構測試(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池安全性符合國標要求(qiu)。
鋰電(dian)(dian)350項目成果(guo)意義重(zhong)大,一(yi)是(shi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)全行業(ye)證實采用高鎳/硅碳體系實現350Wh/kg高比能(neng)量動力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池產(chan)品開發(fa)這一(yi)技術路線的可行性,給(gei)行業(ye)提供了(le)前期指引和參考借鑒(jian);二是(shi)350Wh/kg技術原型定(ding)型,極大縮短了(le)高比能(neng)量動力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池由實驗(yan)室向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)業(ye)化方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)過渡(du)的周期,為提升我國(guo)動力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池的全球產(chan)業(ye)競爭力(li)(li)奠定(ding)基礎;三是(shi)安全、低溫等(deng)關鍵技術的采用,為產(chan)業(ye)提升高比能(neng)量動力(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池綜合性能(neng)提供了(le)技術參考方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。
會(hui)上(shang)熊柏青(qing)充分肯定了國(guo)家動力電(dian)池(chi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)中心在(zai)“十(shi)三五”期間在(zai)科技(ji)研發(fa)能力、檢驗測試評價能力、產品設計制(zhi)造等方(fang)面所(suo)取(qu)得的成績,強調國(guo)家動力電(dian)池(chi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)中心不僅要(yao)肩負產業技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)使命,更要(yao)承(cheng)擔創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)機制(zhi)模(mo)式探索的重任(ren),要(yao)不斷探索完善“公司+聯盟”的創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)模(mo)式,進一(yi)步推動行業技(ji)術發(fa)展(zhan)。
