國聯(lian)研究院動(dong)力(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)性(xing)能(neng)測(ce)試評價(jia)(jia)班組自2016年(nian)正式運(yun)行,主(zhu)要開展電(dian)池(chi)(chi)熱安(an)全(quan)測(ce)試評價(jia)(jia)與分析、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)耐(nai)久性(xing)評價(jia)(jia)與失(shi)效分析等測(ce)試服務與技術研究工作。截止到(dao)目前,現有人員10名,設(she)備二百多臺,年(nian)產(chan)值近(jin)千(qian)萬,檢測(ce)服務水(shui)平得到(dao)了客戶的高度認可。
推(tui)進(jin)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)化建(jian)設(she),規范班(ban)組(zu)管理(li)。2016-2017年(nian),班(ban)組(zu)按質量體(ti)(ti)系(xi)建(jian)設(she)和5S管理(li)要求,從設(she)備、人員、環(huan)境等方面(mian)入手,逐漸規范班(ban)組(zu)的實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)管理(li),比如,制(zhi)定了實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)管理(li)制(zhi)度(du)、值班(ban)管理(li)制(zhi)度(du)、設(she)備管理(li)制(zhi)度(du)等實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)規章制(zhi)度(du),建(jian)立(li)了實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)設(she)備日常(chang)巡檢(jian)臺賬,通(tong)(tong)過不同顏(yan)色線(xian)條標識規范了實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)資產的擺放地點等。通(tong)(tong)過以上(shang)措施(shi),保(bao)障了檢(jian)測工作(zuo)及時性、準確性,提高(gao)了班(ban)組(zu)運行效率。2018年(nian),鑒于檢(jian)測業務(wu)量不斷(duan)增加(jia),公司領導高(gao)度(du)關注班(ban)組(zu)業務(wu)發展(zhan),啟動(dong)了實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)擴建(jian)工程(cheng),并于當年(nian)完成了擴建(jian)工作(zuo)。
筑牢自我提(ti)升理(li)念,保障(zhang)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)服務水平(ping)。2019年,班組(zu)(zu)(zu)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步完善了(le)(le)(le)國標(biao)(biao)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)項目管理(li),并(bing)積(ji)極推進(jin)擴(kuo)展(zhan)法規(gui)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)能(neng)(neng)力建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作,取得了(le)(le)(le)強(qiang)檢(jian)(jian)/CNAS/CMA的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)資(zi)質。考慮現(xian)(xian)有(you)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)方法與電(dian)池(chi)(chi)實際應用評(ping)價(jia)存在差(cha)距的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)狀,班組(zu)(zu)(zu)以(yi)解(jie)決(jue)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)共性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)問題(ti)為(wei)(wei)切入點,搭建(jian)了(le)(le)(le)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)熱安全測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi),電(dian)池(chi)(chi)耐久性(xing)(xing)等(deng)(deng)(deng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)系列(lie)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)應用評(ping)價(jia)與分析平(ping)臺,查閱日本、美國等(deng)(deng)(deng)國家的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)規(gui)范(fan),做了(le)(le)(le)大(da)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)驗證試(shi)(shi)驗,建(jian)立(li)了(le)(le)(le)較為(wei)(wei)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)驗證標(biao)(biao)準規(gui)范(fan),拓展(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)班組(zu)(zu)(zu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)業(ye)(ye)務范(fan)圍,為(wei)(wei)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)標(biao)(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規(gui)范(fan)化提(ti)供(gong)重(zhong)要參考。同(tong)時(shi),通(tong)過班組(zu)(zu)(zu)例(li)會(hui)、員工(gong)(gong)培訓等(deng)(deng)(deng)方式(shi),轉變班組(zu)(zu)(zu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)思(si)維方式(shi),從關注 “完成檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)任務”轉變為(wei)(wei)“精益(yi)求精為(wei)(wei)客戶(hu)提(ti)供(gong)優(you)質服務”。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)(le)提(ti)高檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)術水平(ping),班組(zu)(zu)(zu)積(ji)極開展(zhan)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)數據準確性(xing)(xing)、可重(zhong)復性(xing)(xing)相(xiang)關影響因素的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研究試(shi)(shi)驗,為(wei)(wei)動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)標(biao)(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)更新(xin)換代奠定基礎(chu)。比如,高能(neng)(neng)量密度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi),其材料(liao)熱穩定性(xing)(xing)相(xiang)對較差(cha),性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)受環境溫(wen)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響較大(da),放置于波動度為(wei)(wei)±0.5℃、均(jun)勻度為(wei)(wei)±2℃以(yi)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)環境箱內,不(bu)同(tong)位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)擺放仍會(hui)帶來(lai)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)平(ping)行(xing)樣品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)容量偏差(cha)(≦2%左(zuo)右)。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)(le)保障(zhang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)數據的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)準確性(xing)(xing)和一(yi)(yi)(yi)致(zhi)性(xing)(xing),班組(zu)(zu)(zu)長(chang)云鳳玲將熱特性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)論基礎(chu)應用于實踐中,提(ti)出用換熱系數評(ping)價(jia)不(bu)同(tong)位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度效果差(cha)異,并(bing)組(zu)(zu)(zu)建(jian)以(yi)栗敬(jing)敬(jing)為(wei)(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)小組(zu)(zu)(zu)和以(yi)劉施(shi)陽為(wei)(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)計算小組(zu)(zu)(zu),針對實驗室不(bu)同(tong)類型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)環境箱,根據風(feng)道、風(feng)速、風(feng)向剪裁合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕緣墊(dian)板,重(zhong)新(xin)設(she)計樣品擺放位(wei)置,將電(dian)池(chi)(chi)平(ping)行(xing)樣品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)容量差(cha)異控制在1%以(yi)內,并(bing)以(yi)此成果申報專利一(yi)(yi)(yi)項。

雖(sui)然班(ban)組在(zai)近幾年的建設(she)發展中,取得(de)了較好的成績。但是(shi),在(zai)當前檢測(ce)機構多(duo)、市場份額有限的情況下,如何發揮黨組織引領作用,實現檢測(ce)服(fu)務(wu)與創新(xin)工作相互(hu)融合、相互(hu)促進(jin),打(da)造一支國聯(lian)特色的動(dong)力電(dian)池(chi)檢測(ce)技術服(fu)務(wu)團隊,滿足并設(she)計(ji)客戶和(he)市場需求(qiu),還將是(shi)班(ban)組持續探索的課題和(he)奮斗(dou)目(mu)標。
