     4、高純(chun)化學品制備提純(chun)創新工作室 
 
    隨著“5G”的(de)(de)推進,各種光纖(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)需求(qiu)量逐年增(zeng)加(jia),八甲基環(huan)四硅(gui)氧烷(D4)作(zuo)為替代四氯化(hua)硅(gui)的(de)(de)綠(lv)色(se)環(huan)境(jing)友好型光纖(xian)(xian)預制(zhi)棒用(yong)(yong)材(cai)料(liao),不僅有利于(yu)降低光纖(xian)(xian)生產(chan)成(cheng)本,同時也更加(jia)符合發(fa)展(zhan)綠(lv)色(se)、環(huan)保(bao)(bao)、循環(huan)經(jing)濟的(de)(de)時代需求(qiu)。高純(chun)化(hua)學(xue)品制(zhi)備(bei)提純(chun)創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室由9名成(cheng)員(yuan)組成(cheng),組成(cheng)成(cheng)員(yuan)多年來一直從事光纖(xian)(xian)用(yong)(yong)高純(chun)化(hua)學(xue)品的(de)(de)研(yan)發(fa)和生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),均(jun)為公(gong)司技術(shu)骨(gu)干,具(ju)備(bei)扎實的(de)(de)理(li)論基礎和過硬的(de)(de)技術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)能力。高純(chun)化(hua)學(xue)品制(zhi)備(bei)提純(chun)創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室開展(zhan)新(xin)型環(huan)保(bao)(bao)型光纖(xian)(xian)原料(liao)八甲基環(huan)四硅(gui)氧烷技術(shu)研(yan)究,從檢測和分離提純(chun)實驗兩個方面開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確定檢測手(shou)段,完善具(ju)體的(de)(de)測試(shi)程(cheng)序(xu),擬定實驗方案,確定工(gong)(gong)藝路線。
 
     5、CVD 創(chuang)新(xin)工作室
 
    CVD ZnS和(he)CVD ZnSe是(shi)性能(neng)(neng)先(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)紅外(wai)和(he)激光(guang)窗口材(cai)料(liao),在國(guo)(guo)防(fang)軍工(gong)(gong)(gong)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)制(zhi)造、安防(fang)監控等(deng)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)應用。標準ZnS主要(yao)用作長波紅外(wai)(8-12µm)波段的(de)(de)窗口和(he)頭罩;多(duo)光(guang)譜ZnS在0.5~10µm波段的(de)(de)吸收(shou)系數(shu)極低(di),是(shi)性能(neng)(neng)優(you)異(yi)的(de)(de)寬波段透射(she)材(cai)料(liao);CVD ZnSe是(shi)大功率CO2激光(guang)器最為理(li)想的(de)(de)窗口材(cai)料(liao),同(tong)時也(ye)是(shi)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)軍用紅外(wai)光(guang)學材(cai)料(liao)。CVD創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室由10名成(cheng)員(yuan)組成(cheng),負責人楊建純同(tong)志,中級(ji)技(ji)師(shi),長期致力(li)于(yu)CVD ZnS/ZnSe的(de)(de)科研和(he)一線(xian)生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,參(can)與設計的(de)(de)專利多(duo)達10余(yu)篇,2010年(nian)獲評北(bei)京(jing)有(you)色金屬(shu)研究總院(yuan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大賽“技(ji)術能(neng)(neng)手”,獲中國(guo)(guo)有(you)色金屬(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)科學技(ji)術一等(deng)獎(jiang);2017年(nian)獲中國(guo)(guo)有(you)色金屬(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)科學技(ji)術二等(deng)獎(jiang);2019年(nian)獲得有(you)研集(ji)團軍工(gong)(gong)(gong)優(you)秀(xiu)團隊獎(jiang)等(deng)榮譽。CVD創新工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室主要(yao)致力(li)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)性能(neng)(neng)CVD基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝研究和(he)“高(gao)(gao)真(zhen)空、低(di)載(zai)氣(qi)、多(duo)噴嘴”CVD工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝突破及產(chan)業(ye)(ye)化應用,進(jin)一步(bu)提高(gao)(gao)CVD材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)各項性能(neng)(neng),攻破材(cai)料(liao)高(gao)(gao)均勻、低(di)缺陷、高(gao)(gao)透過、低(di)散(san)射(she),低(di)吸收(shou)、大尺寸等(deng)技(ji)術難題,把材(cai)料(liao)制(zhi)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝上升到(dao)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)水平,打破我國(guo)(guo)對CVD ZnS/ZnSe材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)進(jin)口依賴,填補國(guo)(guo)內行(xing)業(ye)(ye)空白。

    鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)合(he)金(jin)絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)由(you)于擁(yong)有優(you)異的(de)(de)(de)生物相容(rong)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、腐蝕抗(kang)力(li)(li)、形(xing)狀記(ji)憶效(xiao)應和(he)超彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)等綜合(he)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在醫(yi)療(liao)器械中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得(de)到廣泛應用,如植介(jie)入支架、導絲(si)、口腔正(zheng)畸絲(si)和(he)根(gen)管銼等。雖然(ran)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)合(he)金(jin)在醫(yi)療(liao)領域(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有很大的(de)(de)(de)應用潛(qian)力(li)(li),但(dan)是(shi)國內鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)合(he)金(jin)的(de)(de)(de)醫(yi)學應用還遠未達到人(ren)(ren)們(men)所期望的(de)(de)(de)水平,國內高(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)合(he)金(jin)絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)在一些性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)上(shang)(shang)和(he)國外(wai)絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)仍有一定差(cha)距。有研(yan)醫(yi)療(liao)具(ju)有專業的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)發(fa)團隊,先進(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)檢(jian)測設(she)備,先后(hou)研(yan)制出(chu)(chu)銅鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)正(zheng)畸絲(si)、低滯后(hou)記(ji)憶型牙弓(gong)絲(si)、40kg大錠(ding)型鑄錠(ding);建立了先進(jin)(jin)(jin)記(ji)憶合(he)金(jin)冷拉絲(si)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian),在關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)和(he)關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品上(shang)(shang)打破國外(wai)壟斷(duan),實(shi)現(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)口替代(dai),并(bing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功將高(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)出(chu)(chu)口銷(xiao)往(wang)國外(wai)市(shi)場。醫(yi)用絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室由(you)5名成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)級技(ji)師1名,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)(ren)員1名,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)過(guo)硬的(de)(de)(de)一線(xian)操作2名,經驗(yan)豐富的(de)(de)(de)設(she)備及(ji)(ji)電氣(qi)維護工(gong)1名。醫(yi)用絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室以在實(shi)際生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提出(chu)(chu)創(chuang)新(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)改進(jin)(jin)(jin)項目(mu),提高(gao)熔(rong)煉(lian)和(he)拉絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)材(cai)(cai)(cai)率(lv)和(he)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品質(zhi)量,同時降低生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)為目(mu)標,參與、協(xie)助研(yan)發(fa)人(ren)(ren)員完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)研(yan)發(fa)項目(mu),將生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)規范化(hua)(hua),生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)經驗(yan)普及(ji)(ji)化(hua)(hua),解決熔(rong)煉(lian)以及(ji)(ji)拉絲(si)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)難題,培養員工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)意識、專業能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)和(he)團隊合(he)作能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)(li),確保(bao)高(gao)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)鎳(nie)(nie)(nie)鈦(tai)合(he)金(jin)及(ji)(ji)絲(si)材(cai)(cai)(cai)具(ju)有優(you)異且穩定的(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。
