廣泛深入持久開展職(zhi)工技(ji)(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai),構建行業級(ji)(ji)、集(ji)團(tuan)級(ji)(ji)、公司級(ji)(ji)三級(ji)(ji)競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)新架(jia)構。今年,有(you)研集(ji)團(tuan)首次(ci)舉辦行業級(ji)(ji)二類職(zhi)業技(ji)(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)—“有(you)研集(ji)團(tuan)杯(bei)”加工類職(zhi)業技(ji)(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai),兩年一(yi)次(ci)的(de)集(ji)團(tuan)職(zhi)工技(ji)(ji)能大賽(sai),各(ge)單(dan)位開展的(de)公司級(ji)(ji)技(ji)(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai),實(shi)現了技(ji)(ji)能競(jing)(jing)賽(sai)在各(ge)產業單(dan)位的(de)全(quan)覆蓋。

積極開展群眾性(xing)創新活動(dong),以(yi)“當好主(zhu)人翁(weng),建(jian)功新時(shi)代(dai)”為主(zhu)題(ti),開展集團合(he)理化建(jian)議活動(dong),經(jing)過層層篩選、推薦,共征集上(shang)百(bai)條集團級優秀(xiu)合(he)理化建(jian)議,職(zhi)工中(zhong)的“金點子”競相迸(beng)發;指導各單位開展“五小(xiao)”、“QC小(xiao)組”等活動(dong),激發廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)工參與(yu)創新活動(dong)的積極性(xing)、主(zhu)動(dong)性(xing)、創造性(xing),充分發揮工人階(jie)級和廣(guang)大(da)勞動(dong)群眾主(zhu)力軍作(zuo)用。

積(ji)極開展(zhan)集(ji)團(tuan)示(shi)范型(xing)高(gao)(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室和(he)(he)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)班組(zu)創建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),各創新(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室領銜人(ren)(ren)和(he)(he)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)班組(zu)的班組(zu)長注(zhu)重鉆研(yan)和(he)(he)學(xue)習,密切關(guan)注(zhu)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)產業(ye)(ye)的新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)設(she)備、新(xin)要求,積(ji)極嘗試將先(xian)進(jin)(jin)的操作(zuo)(zuo)實踐不斷總結提(ti)煉成(cheng)提(ti)質增效(xiao)的理(li)論方法(fa)、參與專利設(she)計和(he)(he)論文討論,不斷提(ti)高(gao)(gao)技(ji)術技(ji)能(neng)水(shui)平(ping)和(he)(he)基層管(guan)理(li)能(neng)力;廣泛開展(zhan)傳師(shi)帶徒、橫向交流、學(xue)習型(xing)班組(zu)建設(she),激勵更多(duo)勞動者特別是(shi)青年人(ren)(ren)走技(ji)能(neng)成(cheng)才(cai),推動培養更多(duo)高(gao)(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)。同時(shi),有(you)研(yan)集(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)會(hui)積(ji)極監督集(ji)團(tuan)在完(wan)善(shan)(shan)和(he)(he)落(luo)實技(ji)術工(gong)人(ren)(ren)培養、使用(yong)、評價、考(kao)核機(ji)制,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)待遇水(shui)平(ping),暢通技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)職業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)通道,完(wan)善(shan)(shan)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)激勵政策方面發揮積(ji)極作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),2018年至(zhi)今,集(ji)團(tuan)先(xian)后出臺《關(guan)于提(ti)高(gao)(gao)技(ji)術工(gong)人(ren)(ren)待遇的實施意見》《有(you)研(yan)科技(ji)集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)限公司(si)操作(zuo)(zuo)序列崗位管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》《有(you)研(yan)科技(ji)集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)限公司(si)首席技(ji)師(shi)管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》,努(nu)力建設(she)高(gao)(gao)素質勞動大軍。

有研集團工會始終把維護職工合法權益放在首要位置,關心關愛困難職工群體尤其是一線技術工人群體的困難,建立困難職工檔案,制定困難職工幫扶慰問辦法,將經濟困難和個人成長困難放在同等位置加以關心和關注,積極推動集團各項激勵政策實施,確保集團的發展成果更多惠及到一線技術工人,增強職工的獲得感、幸福感和安全感。
