技術創新構建班組高質量發展新局面——國聯研究院先進班組建設的思考

國(guo)聯研究(jiu)院(yuan)動力電池(chi)(chi)性能測(ce)(ce)試(shi)評(ping)價班組自2016年正式運行,主要開展電池(chi)(chi)熱安全測(ce)(ce)試(shi)評(ping)價與(yu)(yu)分(fen)析、電池(chi)(chi)耐久性評(ping)價與(yu)(yu)失效分(fen)析等測(ce)(ce)試(shi)服(fu)務(wu)與(yu)(yu)技術研究(jiu)工作。截止(zhi)到目前,現有人員(yuan)10名,設備二(er)百多臺,年產值近千(qian)萬,檢測(ce)(ce)服(fu)務(wu)水平得到了(le)客戶的高度認可。

推進體(ti)系(xi)化建(jian)(jian)設(she),規(gui)(gui)范班(ban)組管(guan)(guan)理。2016-2017年,班(ban)組按質量體(ti)系(xi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)和(he)5S管(guan)(guan)理要求,從(cong)設(she)備(bei)、人員、環境等(deng)方面入(ru)手,逐漸規(gui)(gui)范班(ban)組的(de)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)理,比如,制定了(le)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)理制度(du)(du)、值(zhi)班(ban)管(guan)(guan)理制度(du)(du)、設(she)備(bei)管(guan)(guan)理制度(du)(du)等(deng)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)規(gui)(gui)章制度(du)(du),建(jian)(jian)立了(le)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)設(she)備(bei)日常(chang)巡(xun)檢臺賬(zhang),通過不同顏色(se)線條標識規(gui)(gui)范了(le)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)產的(de)擺放地點等(deng)。通過以上(shang)措施,保障了(le)檢測工(gong)作及時性(xing)、準確性(xing),提(ti)高了(le)班(ban)組運行效率(lv)。2018年,鑒于檢測業(ye)務量不斷增加,公司領導高度(du)(du)關注班(ban)組業(ye)務發展,啟(qi)動了(le)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)擴建(jian)(jian)工(gong)程,并于當年完成了(le)擴建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作。

雖然(ran)班組在近幾年的(de)建(jian)設(she)發展中(zhong),取得了較(jiao)好的(de)成績。但是,在當前檢(jian)測機構多、市場份額有限的(de)情況下,如何發揮(hui)黨(dang)組織引領(ling)作(zuo)用,實現檢(jian)測服務與創(chuang)新工作(zuo)相互融(rong)合、相互促進,打造一支國聯特色的(de)動(dong)力電池(chi)檢(jian)測技(ji)術服務團隊,滿足并設(she)計客戶和(he)市場需求,還將是班組持(chi)續探索的(de)課(ke)題和(he)奮斗目標(biao)。
